Hour of the Wolf

Categories: [Architecture]  [Italy]  [Night]
According to the legends, a wolf raised the twins who would later found Rome. Thus it became a symbol of the Roman Empire, and survived its collapse to become the symbol of Siena during the Middle-Age.
Wandering its streets during nighttime is perfect, as most of the numerous tourists left the city to go to their distant hostels!
