The two masked guys were dancing in the streets of Lima in order to advertise their hometown Cusco.
Their costume is quite colorful, but the real reason I put this photo on my blog is because they remind me the comics "Tintin and the Picaros".
At one point of this story, taking place in South America, the heroes wear costumes just like these !
